About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and recover delinquent accounts against collection and recovery targets
- Monitor early warning indicators and support proactive risk mitigation
- Engage customers through approved channels to regularize accounts and minimize delinquency
- Manage an allocated portfolio while maintaining productivity, quality and service standards
- Resolve customer queries professionally and escalate complex matters
- Support process improvement initiatives within the Collections function
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a positive customer experience
Requirements
- UAE National (Family Book required)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in collections, recovery or banking/customer service
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of collections, customer engagement and financial concepts
