About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned portfolio of student and client receivables from overdue identification to recovery
- Determine appropriate collection action for each account within delegated authority
- Negotiate and approve payment arrangements up to an approved threshold
- Maintain the follow-up cycle and supporting records
- Analyse ageing and recovery performance and recommend escalation for unresolved accounts
Requirements
- Knowledge of fee structures, payment terms and financial regulations
- Balance revenue recovery with student and client satisfaction
