Responsibilities
- Manage delinquent customer accounts and drive recoveries
- Support the Bank's portfolio quality objectives
- Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely account regularization
- Identify early warning indicators for risk awareness
- Deliver strong collection outcomes while maintaining a positive customer experience
Requirements
- UAE National status required
- Experience in collections or debt recovery
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work closely with with internal stakeholders
