About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the ERP system and user access
- Review and verify purchase orders, supplier invoices, and sales invoices
- Assist Finance in monthly closing and reconciliation
- Prepare weekly and monthly KPI and management reports
- Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and Procurement teams
- Conduct periodic audits of inventory, purchasing, and sales
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3-5 years in ERP administration, business control, finance, or operations
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP Business One, Odoo, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
