Commercial Director

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy and growth roadmap to ensure profitable and diversified growth.
• Oversee portfolio development and identify new markets, services, and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Establish and enforce commercial governance, including pricing discipline, deal qualification, and bid approval frameworks.
• Provide commercial leadership to Business Units while supporting them in achieving sustainable financial performance.
• Act as the senior commercial interface with key clients, partners, OEMs, and strategic stakeholders.
• Support negotiations for high-value commercial agreements and monitor market trends in the energy, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
• Develop and maintain a rolling 3-to-5 year growth roadmap and monitor commercial KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial leadership, business growth, or strategic roles.
• Extensive experience working within the UAE or GCC markets.
• Proven experience in managing or influencing P&L performance.
• Deep industry experience in EPC, industrial services, energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to evaluate financial and operational performance and manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
