Commercial Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the overall MEA commercial strategy and P&L, including revenue, profitability, and market share
• Lead and optimize the MEA distributor network, specifically in Saudi Arabia and the UAE
• Develop and execute regional commercial strategies aligned with global objectives
• Lead commercial transformation initiatives, including organizational restructuring and turnaround plans
• Manage distributor negotiations covering commercial terms, pricing, and forecasting
• Build strong relationships with key customers, clinics, physicians, and opinion leaders
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Regulatory, Medical, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
• Drive revenue acceleration and implement strong commercial discipline and pricing governance

Requirements

• Significant senior commercial leadership experience in medical aesthetics, professional skincare, or healthcare
• Proven track record in a Commercial Director, General Manager, or Country Manager role
• Essential experience in the Saudi Arabian market and broad experience across MEA
• Extensive experience managing distributor-led business models
• Demonstrated success in business transformation, restructuring, or turnarounds
• Strong P&L ownership and commercial acumen
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is advantageous
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in French
• Experience in regenerative medicine or consumer health
