Commercial Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital media commercial strategies to achieve revenue targets and profitability
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in local and GCC markets
• Drive upselling and cross-selling strategies across client portfolios
• Lead pricing strategy development for media services
• Act as the primary commercial liaison for key clients and manage long-term agreements (LTAs)
• Oversee commercial performance of paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Programmatic platforms
• Lead and mentor a team of Commercial Executives and Account Managers
• Utilize CRM tools to track client acquisition and monitor revenue forecasts
• Stay ahead of digital media trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in a digital media agency commercial role
• Proven track record of managing client portfolios with multi-million-dollar media budgets
• Strong understanding of digital media buying, performance marketing, and programmatic advertising
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in Regional markets (GCC) is a plus
