Commercial Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth across Africa and Europe
• Identify, target and acquire new clients including importers and trading companies
• Build long-term relationships with key clients, partners and commercial stakeholders
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures and partnership terms
• Manage the full business development cycle from prospecting to relationship management
• Work with operations, compliance and finance teams on client onboarding and service delivery
• Achieve agreed sales targets, revenue objectives and commercial KPIs

Requirements

• Experience as a Commercial Manager or Business Development Manager in cross-border payments or money transfers
• Understanding of international payment flows and foreign exchange
• Established network of importers, trading companies and clients across Africa and Europe
• Proven record of acquiring new clients and generating revenue
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
