About the role
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned merchant stores according to a planned route and schedule
- Check Tamara signage and in-store materials are visible, accurate and current
- Brief and retrain store managers, cashiers and sales associates on Tamara
- Gather anonymised frontline insight on customer questions and objections
- Capture approved photos and videos for Tamara marketing content
- Submit weekly reports on store coverage, risks and priorities
Requirements
- Field-based role, most days spent visiting stores
- Professional representation and reliable follow-through
- Ability to log visits and report clearly
