Responsibilities

• Assist clients in identifying commercial real estate needs and provide tailored solutions
• Conduct market research and property inspections to recommend suitable properties
• Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including negotiations and drafting agreements
• Develop relationships with landlords, investors, and property developers
• Prepare market analysis, reports, and presentations on trends and investment opportunities
• Guide clients on financial considerations, operating costs, and investment returns
• Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and manage leads
• Stay updated on local zoning laws and emerging market trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate advisory or brokerage
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals
• Analytical mindset to interpret market data and financial reports
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software
