Responsibilities

• Assist clients in identifying commercial real estate needs and provide tailored solutions
• Conduct market research and property inspections to recommend suitable properties
• Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including negotiations and lease agreements
• Develop relationships with landlords, investors, and property developers
• Prepare market analysis, reports, and presentations on trends and investment opportunities
• Guide clients on leasing options, operating costs, and investment returns
• Use CRM systems to track client interactions and manage leads
• Stay updated on local zoning laws and market changes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years in commercial real estate advisory or brokerage
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills and proven deal closing
• Analytical mindset for market data and financial reports
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate platforms
