Commis 2 - Bakery

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality, and presentation standards
• Prepare ingredients including portioning, chopping, and storing food
• Use baking and measuring tools and equipment safely and appropriately
• Comply with food safety handling, personal hygiene, and sanitation procedures
• Monitor kitchen appliance temperatures and report issues to management
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including setup and breakdown
• Monitor food quality and portion sizes throughout the shift
• Follow all company safety, security, and professional appearance policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Less than 1 year of related work experience
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
