About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare inventory lists for the assigned station
- Follow standard recipes and plating guides at all times
- Provide daily market lists and control goods received for quality and quantity
- Assist with food promotions, events, and special activities
- Control food wastage and maintain operational records
- Ensure buffet setup, quality, and labeling are maintained during service
- Apply HACCP standards and maintain kitchen cleanliness
- Assist guests with dish explanations and food recommendations
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality
- 1-2 years of experience in a 4-5 star hotel
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage Production Operational Standards
- Full compliance with HACCP standards and certification
