About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist Chefs de Partie with food preparation and basic cooking tasks
- Follow standardized recipes and plating instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station
- Support with stock rotation and ingredient prep
- Learn and apply kitchen hygiene and food safety procedures
Requirements
- Prior kitchen experience or culinary training preferred
- Basic knife skills and food handling knowledge
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Food safety certificate is an advantage
