Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion ingredients following recipes and hotel standards
• Assist section chefs with daily mise en place and cooking tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the section in line with HACCP standards
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Demi Chef de Partie
• Support other kitchen sections during peak service as required

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of kitchen experience in a hotel or restaurant environment
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Culinary diploma or equivalent training preferred
• Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods
• Team player with a strong willingness to learn
