About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the administration, calculation, and analysis of sales commission programs
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and HR to ensure accurate and timely payouts
- Translate plan documents into repeatable calculations
- Reconcile data across systems and resolve discrepancies
- Explain complex payout questions to sales representatives and business leaders
Requirements
- Advanced spreadsheet skills
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Strong understanding of incentive compensation mechanics
- Ability to reconcile data and resolve variances
