Communication Designer

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production of marketing visuals including social media, ads, and email assets
• Create motion design content using After Effects or equivalent tools
• Deliver landing-page visuals and collaborate with developers on Webflow implementation
• Translate marketing briefs into creative concepts and visual directions
• Maintain and extend brand visual identity across multiple brands
• Build reusable marketing components and templates in Figma
• Manage own workload and provide honest time estimates
• Stay current with design trends and AI-assisted workflows

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Working proficiency in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics
• Proven portfolio of communication and marketing design work
• Strong sense of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work across various visual registers for consumer and B2B audiences
• High attention to detail and pixel-precise execution
• Creative ingenuity and ability to generate original ideas
• Receptive to feedback and strong self-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, crypto, or web3
• Experience producing assets for paid ad networks like Meta, Google, and X
• Comfort with AI-powered design tools
• Experience working in a multi-brand environment
• Basic video editing or 3D skills
