Communication Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to support organizational initiatives
• Write, edit, and produce high-quality content for websites, social media, newsletters, and press releases
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and facilitate interviews
• Prepare and implement crisis communication plans to protect company reputation
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure messaging alignment
• Organize events and promotional activities to communicate messages to target audiences
• Track and analyze communication efforts and media coverage to assess effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a similar role
• Proficiency in writing, editing, and verbal communication
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• Excellent interpersonal abilities for stakeholder collaboration
