About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction and evolution of visual identity across all communication channels
- Develop and maintain branded templates, design assets, and visual guidelines
- Design high-quality digital and print materials including brochures, reports, and social media assets
- Lead the visual design and continuous improvement of websites and digital platforms
- Coordinate external designers, agencies, and creative suppliers
- Translate complex information into compelling visual concepts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic and digital design
- Demonstrated experience in brand development and visual identity management
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Solid understanding of branding and UX/UI principles
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using UX/UI design tools like Figma
- Experience in sustainability, non-profit, or purpose-driven sectors
- Ability to speak additional languages
