About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing messaging and supporting implementation of communications plans
- Assist in creating content for website, social media, editorial, press releases and presentations
- Assist in completing team projects and goals
- Use organizational tools to report data from communications activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, English or related field
- Strong written, editing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create engaging content across digital and traditional channels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship, university project or extracurricular experience in communications, marketing, PR or content creation
