Responsibilities

• Organize press briefings, media sessions, and events
• Create press materials including media pitches, FAQs, and fact sheets
• Reactively respond to media inquiries and educate reporters
• Manage crisis communications and correct misperceptions
• Storyline with executives to create impactful narratives regarding Bitcoin tech and memes
• Secure speaking appearances at conferences and on podcasts
• Prep team members for public appearances

Requirements

• 5+ years in a PR manager or lead role
• Experience media training founders for interview opportunities
• Superior writing capability for press materials, releases, and briefs
• Proven ability to pitch and secure media coverage
• Established relationships with industry publications and journalists
• Crypto native with experience through at least one full bull/bear cycle
• Nuanced understanding of the Bitcoin and Ordinals landscape
