About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok
- Develop a playbook for community engagement and posting frequency
- Grow Jerry's subreddits into active, trusted communities
- Build a scalable content and engagement strategy leveraging AI
- Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure channel consistency
- Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation
Requirements
- 3+ years in community management or organic social media
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, or other consumer/regulated categories preferred
- Deep understanding of Reddit, TikTok, and Quora culture
- Strategic understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
- Ability to write in an authentic, non-corporate tone
