Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Run daily community engagement across Telegram and Discord, with a primary focus on Discord
• Create and execute weekly content and event plans including AMAs, giveaways, and tournaments
• Build community culture, tone of voice, and retention loops
• Recruit, train, and manage moderation teams and workflows to ensure safety and reduce spam
• Coordinate product announcements and promotions
• Collect user feedback and report bugs or feature requests to Product and Growth teams
• Track and report community KPIs such as active users, sentiment, and growth

Requirements

• 2+ years experience managing communities on Telegram and/or Discord within crypto, iGaming, or fintech
• Experience in crypto casinos, sportsbooks, or iGaming
• Familiarity with community tooling such as MEE6, Dyno, and Collab.Land
• Experience coordinating community-driven campaigns with KOLs and influencers
• Strong written communication skills and ability to handle conflict calmly
• Basic analytics skills for sentiment tracking and KPI reporting
