About the role
Responsibilities
- Run daily community engagement across Telegram and Discord, with a primary focus on Discord
- Create and execute weekly content and event plans including AMAs, giveaways, and tournaments
- Build community culture, tone of voice, and retention loops
- Recruit, train, and manage moderation teams and workflows to ensure safety and reduce spam
- Coordinate product announcements and promotions
- Collect user feedback and report bugs or feature requests to Product and Growth teams
- Track and report community KPIs such as active users, sentiment, and growth
Requirements
- 2+ years experience managing communities on Telegram and/or Discord within crypto, iGaming, or fintech
- Experience in crypto casinos, sportsbooks, or iGaming
- Familiarity with community tooling such as MEE6, Dyno, and Collab.Land
- Experience coordinating community-driven campaigns with KOLs and influencers
- Strong written communication skills and ability to handle conflict calmly
- Basic analytics skills for sentiment tracking and KPI reporting
