Community & Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the studio and engage actively with the community
• Develop strategies and content plans to increase engagement and ecosystem excitement
• Plan, execute, and report on community events aligned with in-game content
• Provide feedback on community sentiment to grow and retain the player base
• Maintain studio reputation through consistent tone of voice and communication
• Inform and engage players through diverse social channels
• Create and publish social media content including text, streams, and videos
• Moderate community channels and manage a team of volunteer moderators
• Assist in producing and moderating livestreams and AMAs
• Define community goals and prepare analytical reports
• Collaborate with the team to execute general communication strategies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in community, social media, or public communication
• 2+ years of experience in game development or the Web3 industry
• Experience supporting product communities during major updates
• Strong understanding of community development and management
• Proficiency in growing social media channels, specifically X and Discord
• Experience with Discord server management, security, and infrastructure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to work with little supervision and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience playing competitive mobile or Web3 games
• Previous experience in Mobile, Blockchain, or Web3 industries
• Experience creating and editing image or video content
• Experience moderating or co-hosting live streams
