Through its advanced technology, called people magic, Mighty helps the members of those networks build relationships with each other by surfacing the most relevant and interesting connections.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to new Mighty Pro Hosts during their onboarding phase
• Facilitate impactful workshops with Hosts and their teams regarding community design and engagement strategy
• Deliver targeted training on feature utilization and member onboarding flows
• Provide creative input on brand elements like landing pages, welcome experiences, and email sequences
• Own the development and delivery of strategic Community Design Plans
• Collaborate with Launch Specialists and Implementation teams to ensure excellence in space configuration
• Maintain regular updates to internal stakeholders on Host performance and needs
• Contribute to shared knowledge by capturing and scaling best practices

Requirements

• 6+ years of client-facing experience, ideally with strategic accounts or SaaS/media/creator-focused businesses
• 2+ years of experience in a consulting, business coaching, or agency role
• Deep understanding of community-building and digital member experiences
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for guiding executive teams
• Ability to act as both a strategic thinker and a tactical executor
