About the role
Responsibilities
- Process reservation requests, changes and cancellations by phone, fax or mail
- Use sales techniques to maximize revenue, including up-selling
- Answer and resolve guest calls, requests, questions and concerns
- Process Marriott Rewards point redemption requests
- Perform general office duties supporting Sales & Marketing
- Assist management in training and motivating employees
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
