Compliance Operations Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational implementation of regulatory licences across all licensed entities
• Develop and maintain compliance operational frameworks, including SOPs, governance processes, and control frameworks
• Standardise compliance operational documentation and implementation methodologies across jurisdictions
• Maintain oversight of regulatory obligations through governance and tracking mechanisms
• Identify operational gaps between regulatory requirements and business practices and drive remediation
• Partner with Licensing, Legal, Product, Technology, and Operations teams
• Provide senior management with regular reporting on implementation progress and operational risks
• Lead and develop the Compliance Operations team

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in Compliance Operations, Regulatory Operations or a related function within financial services, fintech or digital assets
• Demonstrated experience implementing regulatory or licensing requirements into operational business processes
• Experience operating across multiple jurisdictions and working with global stakeholders
• Proven experience building or improving operational frameworks within a regulated environment
• Strong programme management and stakeholder management capabilities
• Excellent written communication and experience designing SOPs and governance documentation
• Previous people management experience
