About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of Compliance programs, policies, and standards for ICRM
- Review materials to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
- Compile and maintain compliance documentation
- Manage regulatory inventory, change management processes, and exam coordination
- Respond to compliance inquiries and collaborate with other areas within ICRM and Citi
- Coordinate and track policy, training, and other initiatives
- Create and maintain reports for control, tracking, and analysis purposes
Requirements
- Must be a UAE National
- Bachelor's degree (Advanced degree a plus)
- Experience in a financial services firm, regulatory organization, or legal/consulting firm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks, and typologies
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
