Compliance Risk Analyst (UAE Nationals ONLY)

Responsibilities

• Assisting senior staff in the design, development, delivery and maintenance of Compliance programs and policies
• Participating in the review of materials to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
• Helping to compile and maintain compliance documentation
• Assisting in the management of the regulatory inventory and change management process
• Coordinating and tracking policy and training initiatives
• Creating and maintaining reports for control, tracking, and analysis purposes
• Appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made to safeguard the firm's reputation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Knowledge of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, and risks
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
