Responsibilities

• Monitor the Compliance Portal to escalate approvals, inquiries, and risk matters
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new compliance programs and enterprise-wide initiatives
• Research and assess new regulatory requirements to assist in risk assessment and compliance testing
• Execute reporting frameworks for management and banking partners
• Perform analysis to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement
• Partner with the risk and compliance team to query data for audits and internal testing
• Support the design and maintenance of compliance reporting libraries and documentation repositories
• Perform control testing and document results to ensure alignment with annual testing schedules
• Execute investigations and draft responses for regulatory and BBB complaints
• Provide support for responding to regulatory inquiries and examinations

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in audit, compliance, or risk management
• At least 3 years of experience partnering with internal business stakeholders
• Experience translating complex data into clear narratives for stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret regulatory information
• Excellent research and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in a fast-changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience within Fintech or a Sponsor/Partner Bank
• 1+ years of scripting experience in SQL
• Relevant certifications such as CRCM
• Experience working with data systems or reporting tools
