Conceptual Art Director

Responsibilities

• Partner with copywriters and strategists to develop compelling creative campaigns across digital-first channels
• Lead art direction for creative campaigns and video concepts from ideation through final execution
• Design digital assets, mood boards, layouts, and visual frameworks
• Integrate AI-assisted assets into workflows while maintaining brand integrity
• Build and present creative decks to communicate concepts and strategy to customers
• Collaborate with Creative Leads and Project Managers across time zones
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to deliver high-quality work on time and budget

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in concept-driven roles within creative agencies or in-house teams
• A strong portfolio showcasing concept-first thinking and excellent art direction across digital platforms
• Proficient in using AI tools as part of a creative workflow
• Passion for design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
