About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to Residence owners' and guests' requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services
- Gather and provide information about property and surrounding area amenities
- Announce visitors and implement access control via key track system
- Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, and requests
- Coordinate with departments like Engineering, Bellperson, and Housekeeping to resolve issues
- Assist with elevator scheduling for move-in/out
- Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks and maintain shift logs
- Adhere to the highest standards of service excellence
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
