About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed
- Handle special requests with prompt and efficient service
- Manage VIP guest experiences to exceed expectations
- Address guest concerns and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain updated knowledge of local attractions, events, and services
- Collaborate with front office and guest relations for seamless service
Requirements
- 3-5 years of concierge experience with leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of local attractions and services
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and well groomed
- Strong team player
- UAE Driver's license is an advantage
