About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the business in managing conduct risk incidents and losses
- Support identification and assessment of key conduct risk exposures across ADIB Group
- Support management of issues and timely implementation of actions
- Support key risk indicator identification and assessment related to conduct risk
- Update and monitor conduct risk and control assessments in the GRC system
- Collate data for regular conduct risk reports for management
- Support implementation of Conduct Risk Management policies and procedures
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong problem solving and quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and learn rapidly
About the Company
- Open to UAE National fresh graduates only.
