About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct an independent assessment of the Organization's readiness for Green Climate Fund (GCF) accreditation and Adaptation Fund (AF) reaccreditation
- Review the accreditation frameworks of both funds
- Assess WMO's compliance with fund requirements
- Identify institutional gaps
- Provide recommendations to strengthen the Organization's readiness for accreditation
Requirements
- Expertise in GCF and AF accreditation frameworks
- Experience conducting compliance reviews and institutional assessments
- Ability to identify organizational gaps and propose strategic improvements
What we look for
- Knowledge of GCF accreditation frameworks
- Knowledge of Adaptation Fund reaccreditation requirements
- Experience in institutional gap analysis
- Ability to provide compliance recommendations
