About the role
Responsibilities
- Research and develop locally relevant content ideas aligned with EN-WWF priorities
- Create bilingual content in Arabic and English for social media platforms
- Travel across the UAE to capture content from conservation sites and community events
- Manage the complete video production cycle from ideation to final delivery
- Produce 10-20 social media videos per month including interviews and educational features
- Collaborate with Marketing and Conservation teams to ensure accurate communication of environmental topics
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in social media content creation
- Proven ability to conceptualizing, filming, and editing video content
- Proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing software
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends
- Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English
- Currently based in the UAE with a valid driving licence and vehicle
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Media Production
- Experience in conservation, sustainability, or science communication
- Experience working with purpose-led organizations
