Consultant Customer Care - Level Shoes

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries across calls, emails, WhatsApp, and live chat
• Manage inquiries related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and product information
• Take ownership of customer cases from initial contact through to resolution
• Document all interactions and case updates in Salesforce Service Cloud
• Coordinate with logistics, operations, and store teams to resolve issues
• Meet defined individual and team KPIs for productivity and quality

Requirements

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using CRM or Customer Care platforms
• Salesforce Service Cloud experience is preferred
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
