About the role
Responsibilities
- Complete Workday certification training and become an expert in Workday Student Financials
- Execute day-to-day Workday Student implementations, including process design, prototyping, and testing
- Assist customers with legacy data conversion into Workday
- Configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party solutions
- Support post-production customers through defect resolution
- Partner with Engagement Managers to align project plans and budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a Finance or Accounting concentration
- 1-3 years of experience in higher education Student Financial Services (Bursar, Controller's Office, etc.)
- Experience with Student solutions such as Workday, Colleague, Banner, Kuali, SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel up to 40%
- Willingness to obtain Workday certifications
Preferred Qualifications
- End-user or implementation experience with Workday Student
