Responsibilities

• Work on diverse projects addressing complex global challenges
• Focus on security sector reform, governance, conflict analysis, or programme evaluation
• Design strategies, deliver training, conduct research, or provide technical advice
• Implement grounded and sustainable solutions in fragile or conflict-affected settings

Requirements

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience working in fragile or conflict-affected settings
• Collaborative approach to problem-solving
• Flexibility in travel and willingness to take on varied assignments
• Expertise in international cooperation, development, or security
