Responsibilities
- Work on diverse projects addressing complex global challenges
- Focus on security sector reform, governance, conflict analysis, or programme evaluation
- Design strategies, deliver training, conduct research, or provide technical advice
- Implement grounded and sustainable solutions in fragile or conflict-affected settings
Requirements
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience working in fragile or conflict-affected settings
- Collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Flexibility in travel and willingness to take on varied assignments
- Expertise in international cooperation, development, or security
