About the role
Responsibilities
- Synthesize participant behavioral and engagement data into actionable insights and narratives
- Map end-to-end digital trial experiences to identify friction and drop-off points
- Partner with clinical operations, UX, and engineering to optimize pre-screening and eConsent flows
- Integrate Voice of Patient (VoP) data and qualitative survey insights into trial strategy
- Advocate for patient-centric trial design to executive clinical leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years in digital analytics or patient experience insights within a clinical context
- Hands-on proficiency with GA4 and Adobe CJA for funnel and attribution analysis
- Experience analyzing clinical trial recruitment platforms or digital health experiences
- Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Analytics, Clinical Research, Data Science, HCI, or Public Health
