Consumer Insights Manager

Responsibilities

• Champion a consumer-first mindset across the marketing team and broader organization
• Lead cross-functional and agency partnerships to embed the consumer perspective into briefs and business cases
• Lead the design and execution of research projects including concept, creative, and sensory testing
• Own vendor relationships and day-to-day project management from design to reporting
• Drive internal reporting and presentations that track brand KPIs such as household penetration and awareness
• Build and evolve OLIPOP's consumer knowledge and research tools
• Monitor industry trends and cultural shifts to shape brand strategy

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or related roles
• Advanced knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience writing and designing surveys to answer business questions
• Proficiency with marketing mix modelling and DIY research tools
• Working knowledge of syndicated tools like Nielsen, SPINS, or Numerator preferred
