Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, shoot and edit high-quality photo and video content for social media, campaigns and digital platforms
• Manage the full creative process from brief and shoot planning to production, editing and final delivery
• Proactively organise photo and video shoots across hotel departments, including rooms, F&B, lifestyle, spa, events and activations
• Capture hotel events, key moments and special activations as required
• Handle photography and videography setup, lighting, sound, editing, retouching and colour grading
• Create content adapted for Instagram Reels, Stories, social posts, websites and other marketing channels
• Ensure all content is visually compelling, on-brand and consistent in quality
• Organise and maintain the hotel’s complete photo and video asset library
• Stay updated with current social media, hospitality and content-production trends
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high creative standards

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional experience in photography, videography or content creation
• Hospitality, lifestyle, travel or F&B experience is preferred
• Hands-on experience with professional cameras, lighting and production equipment
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop
• Advanced video editing, colour grading and photo retouching skills
• Good understanding of social media content and short-form video
• Excellent visual sense, creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Flexible to support shoots, events and activations outside standard working hours when required
• A professional portfolio demonstrating both photography and videography skills is required
