About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute regular content shoots with agents across Dubai
- Shoot and edit short-form and long-form video for Reels, TikToks, and YouTube
- Capture high-quality photography for agents, listings, and social media
- Direct and coach agents on camera to create engaging content
- Build and manage a shoot calendar in coordination with the Marketing team
- Collaborate with Social and Web teams to align content with monthly plans
- Advise agents on personal branding and content repurposing
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience creating video and photography content
- Strong shooting and editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Lightroom or similar
- Confidence directing non-professional talent on camera
- Strong understanding of short-form video trends and social platform performance
- Excellent organization skills to manage a busy shoot schedule
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to shoot across Dubai, including occasional early mornings or weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate or client-facing professional services
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools
