Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute regular content shoots with agents across Dubai
• Shoot and edit short-form and long-form video for Reels, TikToks, and YouTube
• Capture high-quality photography for agents, listings, and social media
• Direct and coach agents on camera to create engaging content
• Build and manage a shoot calendar in coordination with the Marketing team
• Collaborate with Social and Web teams to align content with monthly plans
• Advise agents on personal branding and content repurposing

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience creating video and photography content
• Strong shooting and editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Lightroom or similar
• Confidence directing non-professional talent on camera
• Strong understanding of short-form video trends and social platform performance
• Excellent organization skills to manage a busy shoot schedule
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to shoot across Dubai, including occasional early mornings or weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate or client-facing professional services
• Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools
