About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content calendars across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Create engaging content such as captions, reels, stories, and blogs aligned with brand tone
- Manage day-to-day community engagement and respond to customer inquiries
- Track and analyze content performance using platform analytics and reporting tools
- Coordinate with designers and videographers to produce high-quality assets
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in content creation and social media management
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in social media management, analytics, and basic editing tools like Canva or CapCut
