About the role
Responsibilities
- Managing Al Qana's social media presence across all platforms
- Planning and executing monthly content calendars with the Marketing Manager
- Capturing and publishing daily on-site organic content for stories, showcasing attractions, tenants, and events
- Creating engaging content including reels, stories, captions, and trend-driven content
- Writing and adapting content in both Arabic and English
- Covering events, activations, and launches in real time
- Coordinating content shoots with photographers, videographers, and influencers
- Managing community engagement and responding to comments
- Monitoring social media performance and providing actionable insights
- Supporting influencer collaborations
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
- Mandatory fluency in Arabic and English
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Experience creating short form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics
- Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or tourism is preferred
What we look for
