About the role
Responsibilities
- Writing, editing and proofreading text
- Researching and developing content
- Attending weekly meeting calls
- Preparing monthly content calendars
- Publishing directly on the platform and sharing on social channels
- Writing for Smashi Business and other company portfolio brands
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in journalism or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience covering the business industry preferred
- Fluency in English and Arabic (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under short deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics including SEO, email marketing, and web analytics
- Interest in presenting
