About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
- Create high-quality content including captions, blogs, articles, reels, stories, and videos
- Manage day-to-day social media publishing, scheduling, and community engagement
- Monitor social media trends, algorithms, and emerging content formats
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and photographers to develop impactful content
- Coordinate with influencers and content creators for campaign execution
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports
- Provide real-time event coverage and live updates during activations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Media
- 2 to 4 years of experience in content creation and social media management
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and verbal communication skills in English
- Hands-on experience with major social media platforms
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut
- Strong organizational and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with influencers and content creators
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to optimization
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
